The Applicant List page is where you review the applicant lists assigned to you.
To access this page, select on the Assignment Name link on the Dashboard. If multiple certificates have been sent for one vacancy, they will all display in the Applicants Lists section for that assignment.
The following elements are displayed:
- Applicant List: Applicant List Review. This is the assignment type.
- Request Number(s). This is the request number(s) associated with this assignment.
- Due. This is the date the assignment is due back to HR.
- Returned. This displays the date the assignment was returned.
- HR Contact. This is the name of the HR Contact responsible for the assignment.

. Selecting this icon will display the name and email address of the HR Contact.
- Applicant Lists. The number to the right indicates how many certificates are assigned to you under this assignment.
- View Instructions. This button allows you to view the assignment instructions.
- Other Reviewers. This button allows you to view all reviewers assigned to the same assignment.
- View Announcement. This button allows you to view the full announcement associated with the applicant lists.
- Documents. This drop-down list allows you to view or add documents to the assignment. For additional information, see: Adding documents to an assignment.
- Notes. This drop-down list allows you to view or add notes to an assignment. For additional information, see: Adding notes to an assignment.
- Certificates. Select on the certificate(s) you want to assignment.
- Review Lists. This button allows you to proceed with the Assignment. The number in parenthesis indicates the number of certificates checked above.
- Clear Selections. This link will clear the checked selections from the Applicant Lists table.
- Return to HR. This will send the assignment back to HR. It will no longer be available for you or any other Reviewers to make comments once the assignment is Returned to HR. This should only be done once you have reviewed all sections of this page.
- Cancel. This will cancel any pending unsaved changes.
