Adding new position description information to a hiring action

1. Open a request.
2. Select Add From Library or Add Manually as appropriate. 
   
    
3. Input the Position Description Number.
4. Input the Position Title.
5. Choose a Pay Plan from the drop-down list.
6. Choose a Series from the drop-down list.
7. Choose the Grade from the drop-down list. To remove a grade, select the X icon.
8. Select the + sign under the Specialties column and enter each specialty one at a time. To remove a specialty, select the X icon.
9. Select Add.

Note: A position description cannot be added once a Request has been approved.
