Panel Reviews are pre-certified “stored lists” of applicants that are shared with Hiring Managers. Hiring Manager users can review the list of applicants prior to the creation of certificates and, if permissioned by the HR user, review specific applicant documents (by document type) and submit back recommended changes to the minimum qualifications and assessed rating of an applicant based on a review of their qualifications.
To access this page, select on the Assignment link on the Dashboard. If multiple lists have been sent for one vacancy, they will all display in the Stored Lists section for that assignment.
The following elements are displayed:
- Assignment: Panel Review. This is the review type assigned to the assignment.
- Assignment Name. This is the assignment name associated with the assignment.
- Request Number(s). This is the request number(s) associated with this assignment.
- Due. This is the date the assignment is due back to HR. If the due date is past due, the text will appear in red.
- Returned. This displays the date the assignment was returned.
- HR Contact. This is the name of the HR Contact responsible for the assignment.

. Selecting this icon will display the name and email address of the HR Contact.
- Stored Lists. The number to the right indicates how many lists are assigned to you under this assignment.
- View Instructions. This button allows you to view the assignment instructions.
- View Announcement. This button allows you to view the full announcement associated with the stored lists.
- Documents. This pop-up allows you to view and upload documents associated with the stored lists.
- Stored List. Select on the stored list(s) you want to view from this assignment.
- Review Lists. This button allows you to proceed with the Assignment. The number in parenthesis indicates the number of stored lists checked above.
- Clear Selections. This link will clear the checked selections from the My Assignments table.
- Return to HR. This will send the assignment back to HR. It will no longer be available for you or any other Reviewers to make comments once the assignment is Returned to HR. This should only be done once you have reviewed all sections of this page.
- Cancel. This will cancel any pending unsaved changes.
