The Candidate Details page allows you view the details associated with a candidate who matched your search criteria for qualified candidates that have already been approved for similar positions at your Agency. On this page, you view candidate contact information, view candidate documents (e.g. Resume, Cover Letters, etc.) and contact HR to start the hiring process.
To access this page, select Candidate Inventory on the Navigation Bar, select Start a new search, from the search results page select the Candidate Name link.
Note: The applicants available in the inventory for consideration will depend on your agency's specific policies and decisions.
The elements displayed on this page include:
- Candidate Name. This is the name of the candidate.
- Share. This button allows you to share this candidate to with other hiring managers in your organization. You are able to select multiple hiring managers. For additional information, see: Sharing an applicant from candidate inventory.
- Contact. This button displays the contact information for the candidate. For additional information, see: Viewing candidate contact information.
- Save. This button allows you to save the candidate for future consideration. For additional information, see: Saving a candidate.
- Application For. This dropdown allows you to view the candidate details for the positions for which the candidate is associated with in the inventory.
- Ready to hire candidate?. This button allows you to contact HR to initiate the hiring process. You are able to select multiple human resources users. Note: This field will pre-populate with the email address of the Internal HR Contact associated with the vacancy the application is related to. - Last Updated on. This is the date the candidate submitted their application package.
- Available to hire until. This is the date last date the candidate will be available in the inventory.
- Located in. This displays the location associated with the home address for the candidate when they applied to the related position.
- See job announcement. This button allows you to view the job announcement for which the candidate is associated with in the inventory.
- Application Documents. This section displays the documents for the candidate. Note: The type of documents may vary based on agency document sharing practices.
