Returning an individual selection to HR – Hiring Manager

Open an assignment.
Select in the Certificate box on the Applicant Lists page.
Select Review (#) Lists.
Select the Selection Decision link for the applicant.
Choose the appropriate selected Selection Decision from the drop-down list.
Select Send selection decision to HR for immediate onboarding.
Select the Request Number from the drop-down list. The remaining fields will display the appropriate information provided in the Request Number selected.
Select Save & request onboarding. The HR specialist will be notified that a selection has been made.
The system will refresh, the system will then display Yes in the column named Immediate Onboarding.
